Visual Studio operates as an agency intermediary connecting brands with content creators for influencer marketing, media management, and production services. Individual campaigns are governed by executed commercial statement of work (SOW) agreements.

2. Deliverables & Milestones

Campaign deliverables, video integrations, posting schedules, and payment terms are formally defined in approved rate cards and agreements.

3. Compliance & Disclosures

All sponsored creator content must comply with applicable advertising laws and statutory disclosure requirements (such as #ad, #sponsored, or clear partnership tags).
